Vin Santo & Cantucci Biscotti
Cantucci Biscotti, as we've come to know it, is dipped in or eaten with coffee. However, traditionally, Biscotti is dipped in Vin Santo, for a fusion of alcoholic and sweet flavours. This makes for a wonderful combination of flavours and textures, making it the perfect evening snack this Christmas.
Method
Simply dip your twice baked chocolate chip Cantucci Biscotti into the wine and allow it to soak it up, softening the biscuit and giving you the extra joy of the sweet alcohol.
