Lasagne is a popular choice in the office. Both Sam and Zoe (customer services) love their Mum’s lasagne. For Kate (corporate sales), it’s macaroni and cheese—the ultimate comfort food!

Mum’s roast dinner is another favourite. Steph (corporate sales) shares, “We used to dip bread in the beef juices, and Mum made homemade horseradish like nothing you can buy now.” Paula (customer services) adds, “Mum’s roast was always a special occasion. Looking back, it was quite simple compared to what I like now, but it still fills me with happy memories.”

Holly (corporate sales) says, “My Mum’s home-cooked vegetable hotpot is super yummy. It reminds me of her and home. It’ll be the first thing I ask her to make when I visit again.”

Katy (Marketing) reminisces, “For me, it’s Mum’s spaghetti Bolognese. I don’t know what she does, but there’s a particular flavour I can’t replicate. Maybe it’s because she keeps it simple—I always add too many extras like wine or herbs, and it never tastes the same! Her version always reminds me of home.”

Judith (Director) shares, “My daughter always requests our special king prawn linguine with chilli and lemon oil. Her partner doesn’t like seafood, so it’s an extra special treat when I make it.”

Andrea (Marketing) adds, “Being from Italy, my Mum is an amazing cook. It’s hard to pick a favourite, but right now, I really miss her sausage and radicchio cannelloni.”
