Great Glen is specialised in producing charcuterie using only wild Scottish venison. It's a family-run business set up ten years ago by Anja and her husband Jan Jacob. All of their products are either hand and air-dried to preserve as much of the unique and unrivalled flavour of wild venison as possible.
